What dealers tell us

What a dealership needs from a Christmas lighting vendor

December is a selling month. The lights have to help, and they cannot get in the way.

01

Nothing touches the cars

No lifts over inventory, no cords across the lot, no work during delivery hours. We stage from the service drive or perimeter and coordinate inventory moves with your lot manager.

02

Brand standards respected

Most manufacturers restrict what attaches to the branded fascia and portal. We light around the brand elements, not on them, and can share the plan with your facilities contact first.

03

Multiple stores, one call

Auto groups often want the same look across a street of rooftops. One contract, one invoice, one schedule, store by store.

For dealerships

Christmas light installation for dealerships

The long, bright rooflines dealerships already have are made for this.

Seasonal

Roofline & architecture

Showroom and service-building parapets in commercial C9. Long straight runs that read from the frontage road.

Seasonal

Tree wrapping & canopy

Lot-perimeter and entrance trees wrapped tight, so the property is lit even where the building is not.

Seasonal

Entrances, monuments & signs

Flagpoles, monument signs and entry drives. The flagpole tree is a dealership classic for a reason.

Seasonal

Large-scale displays

An oversized tree by the showroom entrance or a lit arch over the delivery lane for year-end sales events.

Seasonal

Color & programmable RGB

Brand colors on the roofline, warm white everywhere else. Set before install.

Included

In-season service

Timers, outages and storm damage handled all season, scheduled around your hours.

Materials are not just roofline bulbs: C9 and C7 LED, mini lights for wrapping, net lights, lit garland and wreaths, bistro strands, RGB and permanent track. All commercial grade, all chosen for Texas sun and wind.

How we work on a lot

Scheduled around sales hours, staged away from inventory

Dealerships are open late and open weekends, so the usual commercial window does not exist. We typically work early mornings before the lot opens, or in phases that keep lifts away from the front line and delivery area.

Roofline installs use the parapet and clips fit to your coping, not fasteners into the fascia. Power runs come off your exterior circuits on timers, and we can brief your electrician if a new circuit is needed for a large display.

Safety

Safe commercial Christmas light installation, for your people and ours

A dealership lot mixes customers, delivery drivers and a few million dollars of inventory. We plan the work so none of them meet a lift or a cord.

Insured before we arrive

Certificate of insurance and W-9 with every proposal. Your risk manager can see coverage before anyone sets foot on site.

Lifts and fall protection

Boom lifts, harnesses and ladder protocols for roofline and canopy work. No one freelances on a parapet.

From the plug out

We work from the outlet out: GFCI-protected circuits, commercial-grade cords and timers, nothing overloaded. Need a new circuit? We connect you with a licensed electrician or walk your own electrician through the plan.

Clear walkways

No cords across sidewalks, ADA routes or fire lanes. Cords secured and covered; cones and tape around active work.

Around your hours

Early morning, after hours and weekend installs so work zones never meet your busiest hours.

One safety plan

Every crew on your property, Sapien's own or a partner crew we supervise, works to the same plan and the same standard.

Questions

Dealership Christmas lighting FAQ

Will this conflict with our manufacturer's façade rules?
It should not. We avoid the branded portal and fascia elements and light the parapet, trees, flagpoles and entrances instead. If your brand has written guidelines, send them with the request and we design to them.
Can you install while we are open?
We prefer early mornings before the lot opens. Where that is not possible, we phase the work to areas away from the front line and delivery lane, with cones and a spotter.
We have several stores. Can you do them all?
Yes. Auto groups can get one proposal covering each store, with a consistent look and a store-by-store schedule.
Can the lights be in our brand color?
Yes, on the roofline or the display tree. Most dealers keep trees and entrances warm white so the building stays the focus.
Who handles a dark section during our year-end event?
We do. In-season service is included and you have a direct line, not a ticket queue.
