What venues tell us

What a venue needs from a Christmas lighting vendor

Every weekend is revenue. The install cannot cost you one.

01

Work between events

Monday to Thursday, early mornings, or the one dark weekend in November. We fit the schedule to your booking calendar, not the other way round.

02

Camera-ready, not just lit

Even warm white, no visible cords, trees wrapped tight to the limb. The display has to hold up in a photographer's wide shot, not just from the parking lot.

03

Guest paths stay clear

No cords across walkways, stairs or dance floors. Power runs are planned around how guests move, from valet to last call.

For venues

Christmas light installation for event venues

The ceremony site, the terrace and the drive in. The three places every event photo is taken.

Seasonal

Tree wrapping & canopy

Ceremony oaks and the drive-in wrapped trunk and limb. The shot every couple and every planner wants.

Year-round option

Patio & bistro lights

Bistro strands over terraces, decks and courtyards. Seasonal, or left up all year as part of the venue.

Seasonal

Large-scale displays

Lit arches, tunnels and an oversized tree that give a holiday party its backdrop.

Seasonal

Roofline & architecture

Barn, pavilion and clubhouse rooflines in warm white C9.

Seasonal

Entrances, monuments & signs

Gates, fences and the first turn of the drive, so arriving guests know they have found it.

Included

In-season service

A direct line all season. If something is out on Friday afternoon, it is fixed before the Saturday booking.

Materials are not just roofline bulbs: C9 and C7 LED, mini lights for wrapping, net lights, lit garland and wreaths, bistro strands, RGB and permanent track. All commercial grade, all chosen for Texas sun and wind.

Terrain and timing

Hillsides, decks and ranches are normal for us

Many Austin venues are on terraced hillsides, lakefronts or ranch land, with power far from the trees. We plan runs, timers and lift access on the site walk, so the install day is quiet and short.

If you book holiday parties, send us the first date on the calendar. We work backward from it and leave a buffer for weather.

Safety

Safe commercial Christmas light installation, for your people and ours

Guests in heels, open bars and dark paths. Our safety plan for venues starts with where people walk at 11 pm.

Insured before we arrive

Certificate of insurance and W-9 with every proposal. Your risk manager can see coverage before anyone sets foot on site.

Lifts and fall protection

Boom lifts, harnesses and ladder protocols for roofline and canopy work. No one freelances on a parapet.

From the plug out

We work from the outlet out: GFCI-protected circuits, commercial-grade cords and timers, nothing overloaded. Need a new circuit? We connect you with a licensed electrician or walk your own electrician through the plan.

Clear walkways

No cords across sidewalks, ADA routes or fire lanes. Cords secured and covered; cones and tape around active work.

Around your hours

Early morning, after hours and weekend installs so work zones never meet your busiest hours.

One safety plan

Every crew on your property, Sapien's own or a partner crew we supervise, works to the same plan and the same standard.

Questions

Event venue Christmas lighting FAQ

Can you install without blocking a booked weekend?
Yes. We work in the gaps in your calendar, usually weekdays or early mornings, and most venue installs take one to two days.
Can the bistro lights stay up after the holidays?
Yes. Many venues keep patio and terrace strands year-round and add the seasonal pieces on top each November.
Is the display dimmable or controllable for events?
Timers are standard. Dimming or zone control can be included for the areas you want, ask on the site walk.
Our ceremony site is far from any outlet.
Common. We plan the power run and protection on the site walk, and if a new circuit makes sense we connect you with a licensed electrician or brief yours.
When does it come down?
In January, scheduled between your bookings. Takedown and storage are in the price.
