What facilities tell us

What a hospital needs from a Christmas lighting vendor

Nothing about the holidays can get in the way of care.

01

Emergency routes untouched

No work, staging or cords near the ED entrance, ambulance bays, fire lanes or helipad approaches. The plan is marked up with facilities before anything is scheduled.

02

Facilities approval and badging

We submit the install plan, power plan and COI for review, follow your contractor badging and check-in, and work the windows facilities gives us.

03

Lighting patients can see

Trees outside patient wings, the healing garden and the main entrance matter more than the roofline. We design from the inside looking out.

For healthcare

Warm, calm and visible from a bed.

Seasonal

Tree wrapping & canopy

Trees outside patient wings, courtyards and healing gardens wrapped trunk and limb.

Seasonal

Entrances, monuments & signs

Main entrance, drop-off canopy and campus signage. Never the emergency entrance.

Seasonal

Interior, lobby & atrium

Lobby and atrium trees and garland, installed in off-peak hours with your approval.

Seasonal

Wreaths, garland & bows

Lit wreaths and garland on entrances and courtyard rails.

Seasonal

Large-scale displays

A tree for the foundation's lighting ceremony or a photo moment in the main plaza.

Included

In-season service

Timers, outages and storm damage handled all season, scheduled with facilities.

Materials are not just roofline bulbs: C9 and C7 LED, mini lights for wrapping, net lights, lit garland and wreaths, bistro strands, RGB and permanent track. All commercial grade, all chosen for Texas sun and wind.

Working with facilities

We fit your process, not the other way round

Hospitals have contractor rules for good reasons. We submit the plan for review, carry the insurance limits your system requires, badge in, and work only the areas and hours approved. If infection-control or construction-risk paperwork applies to exterior work, we complete it.

Medical office buildings and clinics on the campus can be included in the same proposal.

Safety

Safe commercial Christmas light installation, for your people and ours

Ambulances, shift changes, visitors at midnight and oxygen on site. Our hospital safety plan is written with your facilities team before the first truck arrives.

Insured before we arrive

Certificate of insurance and W-9 with every proposal. Your risk manager can see coverage before anyone sets foot on site.

Lifts and fall protection

Boom lifts, harnesses and ladder protocols for roofline and canopy work. No one freelances on a parapet.

From the plug out

We work from the outlet out: GFCI-protected circuits, commercial-grade cords and timers, nothing overloaded. Need a new circuit? We connect you with a licensed electrician or walk your own electrician through the plan.

Clear walkways

No cords across sidewalks, ADA routes or fire lanes. Cords secured and covered; cones and tape around active work.

Around your hours

Early morning, after hours and weekend installs so work zones never meet your busiest hours.

One safety plan

Every crew on your property, Sapien's own or a partner crew we supervise, works to the same plan and the same standard.

Questions

Hospital Christmas lighting FAQ

Will you work near the emergency department?
No. ED entrances, ambulance bays, fire lanes and helipad approaches are excluded from the plan from the start.
Can you follow our contractor badging and check-in rules?
Yes. Send the requirements with the request and we build them into the schedule.
Can you carry our required insurance limits?
Tell us the limits and the additional-insured wording. We confirm before the proposal is final.
Can you light the trees patients see from their rooms?
That is usually where we start. Your patient-experience or foundation team can tell us which wings matter most.
Can the foundation's tree-lighting event be included?
Yes. We finish and test the ceremony area first and can be on site for the event.
