Commercial Christmas/Hotels
Hotels & resorts · Austin, TX
Hotel & Resort Christmas Lighting in Austin, from the porte cochère to the terrace.
The porte cochère, the lobby tree and the terrace your guests photograph. Installed after hours, inside your brand standards, coordinated with your engineering team.
What hotels tell us
What a hotel needs from a Christmas lighting vendor
A hotel never closes, and the holiday look is part of the guest experience from the first week of November.
Overnight, quietly
Lifts and crews work the arrival court and terraces in the hours your guests are asleep, and are gone before the first departures.
Brand standards and engineering sign-off
We design to your brand's exterior and lobby standards, and walk the plan with your director of engineering before anything is attached or plugged in.
Ready for the first holiday booking
Corporate parties and holiday brunches start early. Tell us the first date and we schedule backward from it.
For hospitality
Christmas light installation for hotels and resorts
The arrival sequence first, then every place a guest lingers.
Entrances, monuments & signs
Porte cochère, arrival drive and entry landscape. The guest's first ten seconds.
Interior, lobby & atrium
Lobby trees, garland on staircases and atrium features, installed after hours.
Tree wrapping & canopy
Motor court and pool-deck trees wrapped trunk and limb.
Patio & bistro lights
Terrace, rooftop bar and pool-deck string lights. Seasonal, or kept up year-round.
Wreaths, garland & bows
Lit wreaths and garland on entrances, columns and balcony rails.
In-season service
Timers, outages and storm damage handled all season, scheduled around occupancy.
Materials are not just roofline bulbs: C9 and C7 LED, mini lights for wrapping, net lights, lit garland and wreaths, bistro strands, RGB and permanent track. All commercial grade, all chosen for Texas sun and wind.
Scale
Hotel holiday lighting from a 40-room boutique to a convention hotel
The arrival court of a large convention hotel and the courtyard of a boutique property need the same things: a clean, even look, nothing a guest can trip on, and a crew that works around the front desk.
We can phase large properties by zone, arrival first, so each area is finished and tested before the next starts.

Safety
Safe commercial Christmas light installation, for your people and ours
Guests arriving at midnight, valets, luggage carts and a lift in the motor court. Our hotel safety plan is built around the arrival sequence.
Insured before we arrive
Certificate of insurance and W-9 with every proposal. Your risk manager can see coverage before anyone sets foot on site.
Lifts and fall protection
Boom lifts, harnesses and ladder protocols for roofline and canopy work. No one freelances on a parapet.
From the plug out
We work from the outlet out: GFCI-protected circuits, commercial-grade cords and timers, nothing overloaded. Need a new circuit? We connect you with a licensed electrician or walk your own electrician through the plan.
Clear walkways
No cords across sidewalks, ADA routes or fire lanes. Cords secured and covered; cones and tape around active work.
Around your hours
Early morning, after hours and weekend installs so work zones never meet your busiest hours.
One safety plan
Every crew on your property, Sapien's own or a partner crew we supervise, works to the same plan and the same standard.
How it works
How commercial Christmas lighting works, from call to lit
Site walk
We measure the roofline, count trees and locate power. You tell us the budget range and the date it needs to be lit.
Proposal and rendering
Night rendering, line-item scope and schedule, with the certificate of insurance and W-9 attached.
Install
Early morning, after hours or weekends. Phased across buildings if you prefer. Lit and tested before we leave.
Service
Timers, outages and storm damage handled. You get a direct line, not a ticket queue.
Takedown and storage
Everything comes down, gets labeled and stored. Next year starts with a phone call.
