Commercial Christmas/Senior living
Senior living · Austin, TX
Senior Living Christmas Lighting in Austin, a season residents see from every window.
Warm white on the entrance, the courtyards and the trees outside the dining room. Installed with residents' routines in mind, paperwork handled with your corporate office, ready before the first family visit.
What directors tell us
What a senior living community needs from a Christmas lighting vendor
Residents are watching from the day the truck arrives. That is the point, and the responsibility.
Resident safety first
No cords on walking paths, no lifts near entrances during activity hours, no work in memory-care courtyards without staff present. We schedule around meals, transport and therapy.
Warm and nostalgic
Warm white, classic C9 bulbs, wreaths and garland. The look most residents grew up with, not a color show.
Corporate vendor onboarding
Many communities belong to a national operator. We complete the vendor packet, COI naming the operator and ownership, and W-9 before the install date.
For senior living
Christmas light installation for senior living communities
What residents see from inside matters as much as the street view.
Entrances, monuments & signs
Monument sign, porte cochère and entry drive, so families arriving for the holidays see it first.
Tree wrapping & canopy
Courtyard and dining-room-view trees wrapped trunk and limb, the ones residents watch every evening.
Roofline & architecture
Main building and clubhouse rooflines in classic warm white C9.
Wreaths, garland & bows
Lit wreaths and garland on entrances, columns and courtyard rails.
Interior, lobby & atrium
Lobby and dining room trees and garland, installed in the quiet hours with staff present.
In-season service
Timers, outages and storm damage handled all season, with a direct line for your maintenance director.
Materials are not just roofline bulbs: C9 and C7 LED, mini lights for wrapping, net lights, lit garland and wreaths, bistro strands, RGB and permanent track. All commercial grade, all chosen for Texas sun and wind.
Campuses
Phased by building, around your residents' day
A life-plan campus can have independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing on one site, each with its own routine. We walk the campus with your maintenance director and phase the install building by building, with the quietest areas done in the quietest hours.
Residents often enjoy watching. We keep the work visible and the work zone closed.

Safety
Safe commercial Christmas light installation, for your people and ours
Walkers, wheelchairs, transport vans and family visitors. Our safety plan for senior living treats every path as a resident path.
Insured before we arrive
Certificate of insurance and W-9 with every proposal. Your risk manager can see coverage before anyone sets foot on site.
Lifts and fall protection
Boom lifts, harnesses and ladder protocols for roofline and canopy work. No one freelances on a parapet.
From the plug out
We work from the outlet out: GFCI-protected circuits, commercial-grade cords and timers, nothing overloaded. Need a new circuit? We connect you with a licensed electrician or walk your own electrician through the plan.
Clear walkways
No cords across sidewalks, ADA routes or fire lanes. Cords secured and covered; cones and tape around active work.
Around your hours
Early morning, after hours and weekend installs so work zones never meet your busiest hours.
One safety plan
Every crew on your property, Sapien's own or a partner crew we supervise, works to the same plan and the same standard.
How it works
How commercial Christmas lighting works, from call to lit
Site walk
We measure the roofline, count trees and locate power. You tell us the budget range and the date it needs to be lit.
Proposal and rendering
Night rendering, line-item scope and schedule, with the certificate of insurance and W-9 attached.
Install
Early morning, after hours or weekends. Phased across buildings if you prefer. Lit and tested before we leave.
Service
Timers, outages and storm damage handled. You get a direct line, not a ticket queue.
Takedown and storage
Everything comes down, gets labeled and stored. Next year starts with a phone call.

Recent work
843 feet of roofline and 47 trees, installed in one day
A West Austin estate with a campus feel: long rooflines, a courtyard with a fountain and 47 wrapped trees around the drive, installed in one day and serviced all season.
“Every tree, every line of the roof, done in a day. Our guests thought it took a week.”The owners' coordinator, January 2026
