Commercial Christmas/Attractions
Attractions & entertainment · Austin, TX
Christmas Lights for Austin Attractions, a holiday night people buy tickets for.
Lit trails, wrapped tree lines, photo moments and large displays on grounds built for crowds. Designed around how your guests move, installed between operating days, serviced every week of the season.
What operators tell us
What an attraction needs from a Christmas lighting vendor
If the lights are the event, they have to work every night and survive the crowd.
Built for crowds
Thousands of guests in a night means cords buried or overhead, fixtures out of reach, and clear paths between every feature. Crowd flow drives the design.
Scale that reads outdoors
A 40-acre property swallows small gestures. We design with long tree lines, lit trails and oversized pieces that read from the parking lot.
Weekly service, not a hotline
For ticketed holiday programs we can schedule a standing weekly check in addition to on-call service, so opening night and closing night look the same.
For attractions

The pieces that make a holiday program worth the ticket.
Tree wrapping & canopy
Tree lines and groves wrapped trunk and limb, the backbone of any lit trail.
Large-scale displays
Lit tunnels, arches, oversized trees and photo moments spaced along the guest route.
Color & programmable RGB
Programmable RGB for zones that change color or run a timed show.
Patio & bistro lights
Bistro strands over beer gardens, tasting terraces and seating lawns, often kept year-round.
Entrances, monuments & signs
Gates, ticketing and the first hundred feet of the path, so the show starts at the car.
In-season service
On-call service all season, with a standing weekly walk-through available for ticketed programs.
Materials are not just roofline bulbs: C9 and C7 LED, mini lights for wrapping, net lights, lit garland and wreaths, bistro strands, RGB and permanent track. All commercial grade, all chosen for Texas sun and wind.
Grounds
Hillsides, farms and lakefronts, far from the nearest outlet
Many Austin attractions are on rural or hillside land where power is the first design question. We map circuits and runs on the site walk and plan protection for cords near guests. Where a new circuit makes sense, we connect you with a licensed electrician or brief yours.
Installs are phased between operating days, and the first guest night is the deadline we build from.

Safety
Safe commercial Christmas light installation, for your people and ours
Crowds in the dark, alcohol, uneven ground and a lot of extension cord. Our attraction safety plan starts with the guest route and ends with a weekly check.
Insured before we arrive
Certificate of insurance and W-9 with every proposal. Your risk manager can see coverage before anyone sets foot on site.
Lifts and fall protection
Boom lifts, harnesses and ladder protocols for roofline and canopy work. No one freelances on a parapet.
From the plug out
We work from the outlet out: GFCI-protected circuits, commercial-grade cords and timers, nothing overloaded. Need a new circuit? We connect you with a licensed electrician or walk your own electrician through the plan.
Clear walkways
No cords across sidewalks, ADA routes or fire lanes. Cords secured and covered; cones and tape around active work.
Around your hours
Early morning, after hours and weekend installs so work zones never meet your busiest hours.
One safety plan
Every crew on your property, Sapien's own or a partner crew we supervise, works to the same plan and the same standard.
How it works
How commercial Christmas lighting works, from call to lit
Site walk
We measure the roofline, count trees and locate power. You tell us the budget range and the date it needs to be lit.
Proposal and rendering
Night rendering, line-item scope and schedule, with the certificate of insurance and W-9 attached.
Install
Early morning, after hours or weekends. Phased across buildings if you prefer. Lit and tested before we leave.
Service
Timers, outages and storm damage handled. You get a direct line, not a ticket queue.
Takedown and storage
Everything comes down, gets labeled and stored. Next year starts with a phone call.

Recent work
843 feet of roofline and 47 trees, installed in one day
A West Austin estate with 47 wrapped trees along a drive and courtyard, the kind of tree line that anchors a lit trail, installed in one day.
“Every tree, every line of the roof, done in a day. Our guests thought it took a week.”The owners' coordinator, January 2026
